Day 1
Malaysia – Doha – Bucharest (Romania)

Arrive in Bucharest the capital of Romania and meet with our friendly tour guide. As of the second half of the 19th century, Bucharest was known as “The Little Paris of the East” because of its many Parisian aspects in the city layout, architecture, and lifestyle. Today you will drive on the grand avenues such as Magheru, Kiseleff and Victory Avenue. Stop in the Revolution Square and learn about the December 1989 Romanian Revolution. The visit to the Palace of the Parliament (the second largest building in the world) will put you in direct contact with Romania’s last years of its Communist power. Dinner and overnight in Bucharest.

Day 2
Bucharest – Bran – Bucharest (Romania)

After breakfast we leave Bucharest and drive to Sinaia to witness the beautiful Carphitian Mountain, always referred to as Pearl of Carpathians. Then, we will visit the summer residence of the Romanian royal family, the Peles Castle the most beautiful castle in the whole of Europe. The kings were all of the German Prussian origin from the Hohenzollern von Singmaringen family. Afterwards, we will drive to Bran where we will visit the so-called Dracula Castle. Return in our hotel in Bucharest for dinner and overnight.

Day 3
Bucharest – Veliko Tarnovo (Bulgaria)

In the morning we drive to Veliko Tarnovo crossing the Danube at Ruse. During our city tour, we see Tsarevets Fortress, some churches and the historic center with the merchant’s street. Near Arbanassi we take a tour of the museum village with fortified houses of the 16th and 17th centuries and visit of one of the oldest churches in the Balkans. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Veliko Tarnovo.

Day 4
Veliko Tarnovo – Sofia (Bulgaria)

After breakfast we cross the Balkan Mountains and drive over the plains to the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia, the history of Serdica-Sredets-Sofia dated sometime 7000 years ago. We visit the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the largest church in the Balkans, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the popular Sofia University. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Sofia.

Day 5
Sofia – Rila Monastery – Skopje (Macedonia)

Today we visit Rila, the largest monastery in Bulgaria from 10th century. The main monastery church Sveta Bogorodiza is a five-domed church with two side chapels and now it is a UNESCO cultural heritage. After the visit, we reach the Macedonian capital – Skopje. Dinner with music in a traditional restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Skopje.

Day 6
Skopje – Ohrid (Macedonia)

We start the day with the visit of Skopje. During our city tour, we will see to Old Town, Kale Fortress, the Church St. Spas, and the Grand Bazaar as well as the New Town with Alexander Fountain and the Memorial House of Mother Teresa. Drive to Ohrid – the UNESCO protected the town. Here we take a boat trip to the port of Ohrid. Then we explore the city on foot and see the fortress of King Samuel, the church of Sv. Periblebtos or the ancient Roman theater. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Ohrid.

Day 7
Ohrid – Tirana (Albania)

After breakfast we go to Tirana, the capital of Albania. City tour in Tirana includes National History Museum, Clock Tower, Mosque of Et’hem Bey, Parliament, Government, and Royal Palace. Not missing the Skanderbek Square with its magnificent Italian architecture and the former seat of Envher Hoxher await us. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Tirana.

Day 8
Tirana – Kotor (Montenegro) – Dubrovnik (Croatia)

Today proceed to Montenegro. We will visit the medieval city of Kotor, UNESCO World Heritage site, it’s surrounded by the impressive and picturesque Mediterranean landscape. We see highlights such as the Cathedral of St. Tripun, the churches of St. Anna and St. Maria, the Princely Palace and the Theatre Napoleon. Afterwards, we continue to Dubrovnik. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Dubrovnik.

Day 9
Dubrovnik City Tour

Today we visit the “Pearl of the Adriatic”, the city of Dubrovnik. You may take an optional cable car ride (if weather permits) to enjoy the spectacular views of Old Town Dubrovnik, Pearl of Adriatic coastline. Our local tour guide will show you the Oldest Pharmacy in Europe as well as the Unique Cathedral. In the afternoon free time, explore the longest city wall of Europe, the impressive Ston Walls has been described as Croatia's answer to the Grand Wall of China. Return in our hotel in Dubrovnik. Dinner and overnight.

Day 10
Dubrovnik – Mostar (Bosnia & Herzegovina)

Today we leave Dubrovnik and go to Bosnia. We visit the city of Mostar, where architecturally the Orient meets the Occident, separated by the famous bridge, Old Bridge, Stari Most after which it is named. In the 1990s conflict, however, most of the historic town and the Old Bridge, designed by the renowned architect Sinan, was destroyed. The Old Bridge was recently rebuilt and many of the edifices in the Old Town have been restored or rebuilt with the contribution of an international scientific committee established by UNESCO. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Mostar.

Day 11
Mostar – Sarajevo – Mostar (Bosnia & Herzegovina)

Today we head to Sarajevo which is located in the Sarajevo valley of Bosnia proper. We explore the Sarajevo old part of the city together with "Bach Carsija", the Mosque of Gazi Husrev-beg, the Orthodoxy and the Roman Catholic cathedral. Return in our hotel in Mostar. Dinner and overnight.

Day 12
Mostar – Split – Trogir – Sibenik (Croatia)

Drive to Split, the second largest city of Croatia, where your tour guide shows you the highlights of the World Heritage of the UNESCO, the Diocletian’s Palace. Also take an out view of St. Duje’s Cathedral, a beautiful mixture of the Roman temple and Catholic Church. Jupiter’s Temple, an ancient Roman temple and the Belltower. Then we visit the UNESCO – protected town of Trogir before we reach our hotel in Sibenik. Dinner and overnight in Sibenik.

Day 13
Sibenik – Plitvice – Zagreb (Croatia)

Today we visit the famous Plitvice Lakes National Park, the scenic wonderland of 16 interconnecting lakes, flanked by waterfalls and primeval forest. The park was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1979 in recognition of its outstanding natural beauty and undisturbed production of travertine through chemical and biological actions. Drive to Zagreb, the largest city of Croatia for dinner and overnight.

Day 14
Zagreb – Transfer to airport

We start the day with the visit of the Croatian capital, Zagreb. During the city tour, we see the monument of the Croatian King Tomislav and the Neo-Gothic Cathedral. We also explore Roosevelt Square and the facades of Ban Josip Jelajic Square, Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, Medieval Palace, Stone Gate, Lotrščak Tower. Bid farewell to Zagreb as we transfer to Zagreb Airport for departure.
